Ordering Info: Sale!  Everybody loves a freebie.  So, we've decided to keep our sale as a regular special.  Add any six skeins of Recycled Silk or Banana Silk to your cart and we'll take the cost of the lesser value skein off your total before charging your credit card.  If you pay with PayPal we'll issue a credit for the cost of the skein.  Buy a kit?  We'll include an extra skein.  Make sense?  If not, email me and I'll try to explain better.  Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money orders and checks.  We retrieve and process all credit cards on a secure server, then your card information is deleted.  Checks and money orders can be mailed to the address below and we will ship your order as soon as your payment is received.

Shipping:
We ship our items all over the world.  Most US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take 3-4 business days to arrive from date of order.  International orders are shipped via Air Letter Post and usually take 4-10 days to arrive.  The cart can calculate your shipping.  To do this, add the items you wish to purchase (you can always remove them later) and select your state and country; click recalculate.  If you need Express Shipping, please email me.

Returns:
Our first goal is satisfied customers, and if there is ever a problem with your order we hope you will contact us.  All orders are returnable within 15 days of receipt for store credit or refund, minus shipping.  Please email us and let us know if you have a return.  If we have made an error with your order we will pay the return shipping.
We try to describe all our items accurately; please email us with any questions you might have.

Wholesale Accounts:
We offer wholesale prices for Recycled Sari yarns and Hand-dyed Wool Top purchased in larger quantities for resale.  We do not offer the undyed yarns wholesale.  Email me or click here for more information.

The Wool Peddler is a family business run by me, Stephanie Shiman, and my husband Konstantine.  We have two daughters--one of which is often on my back while I'm dyeing fibers or preparing orders.   I'm a knitter, spinner and all around fiber enthusiast.  Thank you for shopping with us!
